2011 Spelling Bee Winner

Derrick Hamilton, an eighth-grade student at St. Nicholas School, emerged from 57 students to become the top speller in Schuylkill County, earning him a spot in the Scripps National Spelling Bee held June 1 - 2, 2011 in Washington, D.C.
