Operation P.L.U.S. is a coordinated effort of the twelve school districts of Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, the Schuylkill Intermediate Unit #29 , The Meadows Psychiatric Center, Children &  Youth Services of Schuylkill County, and the Schuylkill County Mental Health and Mental Retardation Agency.

The Meadows Psychiatric Center/UCBH's (Universal Community Behavioral Health) program offers Day Treatment and Partial Hospitalization services to prevent placement in more restrictive settings such as residential care or inpatient hospitalization.  Services provided include group therapy, family sessions, psychiatric care, and individual therapy.
