Mini Quiches
** 1 can refrigerator butterflake biscuits
** 1 cup shredded cheese (Monterey Jack with or without pepper or Cheddar)
** 2 eggs
** 2 green onions with tops, finely chopped
** Vegetable spray

Lightly spray mini-muffin cups
Separate rolls and divide each roll into three sections
Press dough section in muffin cups, stretching slightly to form shell
Slightly beat eggs
Finely chop onions
Mix cheese, eggs and onions
Spoon mixture into shells
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes

Tools needed for recipe: Sharp knife, spoon, rubber spatula, mini-muffin cups, cutting board, large bowl, small bowl, measuring cup, whisk.
